What are Elemental Dynamics?

Our Day Master and the Elements in our charts, dictate everything from who we get along with, to how we push other people's buttons. Every person's actions or inactions are defined by their BaZi. And our relationships in turn are defined by how the elements in our charts interact with the elements in the charts of those around us. Elemental Dynamics" are the underlying basis for the power play that takes place in workplaces and personal spaces as a result of the interaction between BaZi charts. Every one of our personal and professional relationships is defined by Elemental Dynamics.
