Welcome to the home of all my digital content. I've selected GUMROAD for a reason and it was largely because I could do multiple types of content (video/books/PDFs) on a single platform.

Admittedly, the platform takes a little while to figure out how to use. And a few customers clearly have experienced some difficulties (I've received emails) and so I've created this entry to help people with the entire process.

But I've made my own because well, that's what us Hurting Officer types like to do: fix the not so great explanations and make them better! :)

This guide applies regardless of whether your are purchasing a video subscription product (in which case, you cannot download the content but must watch it within the Gumroad App or via your Gumroad Personal Content Library), a free video (which is always downloadable), a free PDF guide (always downloadable)

When you first purchase content from Gumroad, you will be asked to enter an email address. Use an email address that you have regular access to or is your regular email. Don't use a spam address or a made up address as otherwise, you will not be able to re-access the content easily. The reason you. need to use your usual or frequently accessed email address is because your Gumroad Personal Library is tied to your email address.

Once your purchase is done (this includes for FREE CONTENT), you will receive a RECEIPT/PROOF OF PAYMENT via email. In this proof of payment you will find a link to the content you have purchased/selected to receive for free. It will look like this:

Click on the circled READ NOW and you will be taken to your Gumroad Personal Content Library. It looks like this:

To access the content that you have purchased or selected to receive, click on the Content, and you will be taken to a page that contains all the files associated with that content.

For Video Contents, it will look like this:

If the content is Downloadable, then the DOWNLOAD button will appear.
If the content is a streaming video, then click the WATCH button to view the video. You access remains for a long as the subscription period (or for free content, as long as it's free)

For PDF contents, the page will look like this:

You can READ it on the page, or click on the DOWNLOAD button to Download the PDF.

Your email is the key to re-accessing your content so every time you want to find something that you've either downloaded or purchased (within the subscription period), go to your email and you will find the link to your Gumroad Personal Content Library there.
