But what you really should do is use that exact same knowledge to determine if YOUR BOSS is going places or perhaps, planning to make his or her own move. 

Say you’re in real estate - maybe you manage tenants or you’re a real estate agent and you’re trying to help your client make a sale. Check out the BaZi of prospective tenants to see if they can actually afford to pay or are going to be trouble later. Analyse your client’s chart to see if this is the right year for them to sell their house (before you start doing all the legwork).

I believe any BaZi student who has a good grasp of the 10 Gods and the 10 Day Masters can be taught how to do an Annual Assessment and to transform raw BaZi information into personal strategic intel. Student A who has read 100 charts will have a more basic outlook to questions and more simplistic insights compared to Student B who has already practiced with 1000 charts. The difference however is just depth and nuance. Student A can still get answers and give insights.
